PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that
- By-law no. BL2024-CA-29: By-law Establishing Procedure for the Examination of Complaints Relating to the Functions of the School Board was adopted by the Council of Commissioners of the Â鶹´«Ã½ at its regular meeting held on May 28, 2025.
The amendments to the following by-laws were adopted at the regular meeting of the Council of Commissioners of the Â鶹´«Ã½ held on June 25, 2025:
- By-law no. BL2000-CA-05: Day, Time and Place of Regular Meetings of the Council of Commissioners of the Â鶹´«Ã½;
- By-law no. BL2008-CA-15: Day, Time and Place of Regular Meetings of the Executive Committee of the Â鶹´«Ã½.
These by-laws come into force upon the publication of this notice and are available on the website of the school board.
- In accordance with section 278 of the Â鶹´«Ã½ Act, the budget of Â鶹´«Ã½ for the 2025-2026 school year will be presented at the regular meeting of the Council of Commissioners on September 25, 2025, at 7:30 p.m.
The regular meeting of the Council of Commissioners on September 25, 2025, will be held in room 52A of the Administration Centre located at 235, montée Lesage, Rosemère (Québec) and broadcast online. Members of the public who wish to attend Council meetings at a distance may do so on the following website: .
